air bags

Aftermarket seats are not recommended in vehicles with factory air bag systems. We do not guarantee that your air bag system will properly function if you choose to install a Corbeau seat. By purchasing a Corbeau seat, you assume all risk associated with your factory air bag system. While several customers still choose to install our seats in vehicles with air bag systems, we do not provide advice on how to bypass any codes or alerts that may be set off by removing your factory seats and strongly advise against that. We always strongly advise that you follow all factory warnings and recommendations.

Indemnification

The practice of modifying your vehicle with aftermaket parts is dangerous. We understand it’s a hobby and passion and do our best to provide you with the best in aftermarket seating. By purchasing Corbeau products whether through Corbeau or through a Corbeau dealer, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Corbeau, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating in any way to your use of this website or purchasing of Corbeau products. You purchase Corbeau products at your own risk. No warranty or representation is made that Corbeau products will protect the user from injury or death and the user expressly assumes any and all such risk. The effectiveness, warranty and longevity of Corbeau products are directly related to the manner in which they are installed, used and/or maintained. Corbeau strongly suggest that you never use a seat in a place where it was not designed by the original manufacture of the vehicle. You do this at your own risk. We always strongly advise that you follow all factory warnings and recommendations.

Corbeau harness belts are not intended for on highway use. In many cases our belts meet and exceed the FMVSS standards but they are not technically FMVSS approved. You purchase and use them at your own risk.

warranty

Corbeau warrants to the original purchaser, that all of its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the purchase date. All products returned due to warranty, must have prior authorization from Corbeau and proof of original purchase. This warranty does not cover freight charges that may be incurred. Corbeau will either repair or replace, at our discretion, any parts found defective within the limited one year warranty period. The warranty does not cover products subjected to the following: accidents of any kind, negligence, alterations, abuse, improper installation, or high stress driving. Automobile racing, off road driving, and other forms of motor sports are very dangerous and products are subject to failure when exposed to the high stress involved. No warranty or representation is made to these products ability to protect the user from injury or death; the user expressly assumes any and all such risk. Corbeau strongly suggest that you never use a seat in a place where it was not designed by the original manufacture of the vehicle. You do this at your own risk. We always advise that you follow all factory warnings and recommendations.
