Can I order just one seat?

Fixed back seats may be ordered one at a time. Reclining seats are sold in pairs only. Occasional exceptions are made. If you need only one reclining seat, please give us a call at 801-255-3737. Keep in mind if you order a single seat there is no guarantee it will match a previously ordered seat or a seat ordered in the future.

How do I place an order?

You can order directly off our website, call in at 801-255-3737 or through an authorized Corbeau dealer. Refer to the Retailers page to find a dealer in your area.

Can I order replacement seat covers for my seats?

Replacement cloth, vinyl, neoprene, and microsuede covers are available and will make your seats look as good as new. Seat covers range from $99-$179 per cover depending on the material and color.

How do I contact Corbeau?

How much do seats cost?

Pricing can range from $209 per seat to $1800+ per pair depending on the model and add-ons you choose for the seats. 

Is there a Corbeau dealer in my area?

We do our best to have dealers with seats on display so you can try out seats first hand. Go to the Retailers page to see if there is a dealer in your area.

When will my order ship?

97.2% of our orders ship within 24-48 hours, which means if you are within the continental 48 states, you can expect your order within 3-7 business days. Please note custom or special orders may take up to 10-12 weeks. A business day is Monday-Friday excluding holidays. Most orders will ship via FedEx Ground or Express.

What’s an estimation for Ground Shipping?

When ordering directly through Corbeau, your order will ship from Utah and can take 1-5 days depending on your location. 

What’s an estimation for Express Shipping?

Depending on your location, FedEx offers Express Saver (3 day) - 2 Day - and Standard Overnight options. 

What is Corbeau’s return policy?

Corbeau guarantees you will be satisfied with our products. If within the first 30 days of receiving your products you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products for a full refund minus the original and return shipping.

Please note that if you received a shipping discount from your authorized retailer, you will need to contact them regarding shipping charges.

Please also note that any custom orders are non-returnable. Custom includes any seat(s) with an anti-submarine slot, inflatable lumbar, seat heater and/or shaved base.

To return your Corbeau products you will need to contact the company where you made your initial purchase to receive a Return Authorization Number. This number must be written on the outside of your package. Any products received without this authorization number will be refused.

All returned products must be in perfect condition to receive a full product refund. If a product is returned with imperfections, we reserve the right to determine the replacement cost.

We strongly advise that you insure the package in case it is damaged in transit.

If you contact us after 30 days to return your products a restock fee will apply. There are no restock fees if you are exchanging for another product, assuming your original purchase is still in perfect condition.

If a product is being returned due to warranty, you will be advised when your replacement product will ship before returning your products.

How do I initiate a return?

Please use the following guidelines when returning your products:

Contact the company where you originally ordered to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

Be sure to package your products in the same manner they were received and write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box. You are responsible for any damage caused in shipping.

Once the product has been returned, a refund or credit will be issued to the company where you originally made your purchase. You will need to contact them to make sure your refund is received.

In the case of an exchange, your products will be shipped within two business days of when we received your original products. You or your authorized retailer will be notified if there are delays longer than two business days.

What’s the best way to send my products back to Corbeau?

Please use the following guidelines when returning your products:

What is Corbeau’s warranty?

Corbeau warrants to the original purchaser that all of its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the purchase date. All products returned due to warranty, must have prior authorization from Corbeau and proof of original purchase. This warranty does not cover freight charges that may be incurred. Corbeau will either repair or replace, at our discretion, any parts found defective within the limited one-year warranty period. The warranty does not cover products subjected to the following: accidents of any kind, negligence, alterations, abuse, improper installation, or high stress driving. Automobile racing, off road driving, and other forms of motor sports are very dangerous and products are subject to failure when exposed to the high stress involved. No warranty or representation is made to these products ability to protect the user form injury or death; the user expressly assumes any and all such risk.

How should I begin making a warranty claim?

Contact Corbeau directly at 801-255-3737 or [email protected] with your proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and the issue you are having with your product. 

Can I order replacement seat covers for my seats?

Do you make seats in custom colors?

We can do minor customizations with the colors/materials we offer on our current seat models. Please contact us at 801-255-3737 or [email protected] for more details. 

How do I clean or protect my seats from wear and tear?

The easiest way to extend the life of your seat it to order a Corbeau Seat Saver. Seat Savers are an easy slip on cover that will protect your seats against just about anything. To clean your seats we recommend mild soap and warm water. You may also contact a local upholstery shop to find out what the latest and greatest upholstery cleaning product is.

Does Corbeau sell blemished products or seconds?

We do occasionally have blemished products available for sale. If you are interested in ordering a blemished seat, please call us direct at 801-255-3737 or click here to view available seats. Blemished seats must be ordered by calling Corbeau directly.

What if my vehicle has factory air bags?

Aftermarket seats are not recommended in vehicles with factory air bag systems. Customers still frequently install aftermarket seats in these vehicles but you assume all risk involved in removing your factory seats and consequently the way your air bag functions going forward. We do not provide advise on how to bypass any codes or alerts that may be set off by removing your factory seats. 

What seats will fit in my car?

Please see the dimensions on each seat page. You can compare that to your stock seat or to the cockpit area of your vehicle to determine how well the seat will fit in your vehicle.

What is the difference between the harness belts?

2-Point belts are simply lap belts that bolt on each side of the lap.

3-Point Harness Belts have three mounting points, the two lap points and then one point behind the seat. The two shoulder straps come together forming one mounting point in back.

4-Point Harness Belts have four mounting points, the two lap points and then two points behind the seat. The two shoulder straps are mounted behind your seat.

5-Point Harness Belts have 5 mounting points; the two lap points, two points behind the seat, and an additional submarine strap between your legs.

What is a Double Release Harness Belt?

A double release harness belt is a 3-Point harness belt that allows you to release the back strap. There is release buckle where the two shoulder straps come together behind the seat. This allows you to release that back strap to have better access to the rear seat.

Do I have to get seat brackets?

In most cases, seat brackets are required. Due to the variety in floor pans, most seats require either a complete replacement bracket or some sort of adapter. Corbeau is one of the only companies that stocks custom brackets for almost every vehicle ever made. We have the largest selection of seat brackets in the industry, most of which are in stock and ready to ship. Universal brackets are also available for custom floor pans and chassis.

What bracket will fit my vehicle?

You can search for your specific vehicle on our Brackets page. Corbeau brackets are designed specifically for Corbeau seats and will not work with any other seat brand or factory seats.
