Returns & Exchanges

Corbeau guarantees you will be satisfied with our products. If within the first 30 days of receiving your products you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your products for a full refund minus the original and return shipping. Please note that if you received a shipping discount from your authorized retailer, you will need to contact them regarding shipping charges. Please also note that any custom orders are non-returnable. Custom includes any seat(s) with an anti-submarine slot, inflatable lumbar, seat heater and/or shaved base. To return your Corbeau products you will need to contact the company where you made your initial purchase to receive a Return Authorization Number. This number must be written on the outside of your package. Any products received without this authorization number will be refused. All returned products must be in perfect condition in order to receive a full refund. If a product is returned with imperfections, we reserve the right to determine the replacement cost. We strongly advise that you insure the package in case it is damaged in transit. If you contact us after 30 days to return your products a restock fee will apply. There are no restock fees if you are exchanging for another product, assuming your original purchase is still in perfect condition. If a product is being returned due to warranty, you will be advised when your replacement product will ship prior to returning your products.

Return Guidelines

Please use the following guidelines when returning your products:

  • Contact the company where you originally ordered to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
  • Be sure to package your products in the same manner they were received and write your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box. You are responsible for any damage caused in shipping.
  • Ship your products to the following address:

  • Once the product has been returned, a refund or credit will be issued to the company where you originally made your purchase. You will need to contact them to make sure your refund is received.
  • In the case of an exchange, your products will be shipped within two business days of when we received your original products. You or your authorized retailer will be notified if there are delays longer than two business days.
